To finish an Australian joke:
Four students from the University of Sydney were so good in organic chemistry that they all passed their tests, exams, and internships in this term with best results..
They were so sure of passing their final exam that they decided to go the week-end before the exam to Canberra, where some friends were organizing a big party.
They enjoyed themselves at the party.
After partying all night they slept all day Sunday and so they could not get back to Sydney for the exam on Monday morning.
They decided not to go to the exam, but they went to the Professor after the exam to tell him why they had not come.
The four students told him they had researched at the National University in Canberra in the archives and had planned to be back early on Monday, but they had a flat tyre on the way back and no jack in the car and it took hours until someone helped them.
That’s why they had only just returned!
The Professor thought about it and then allowed them to do the final exam the next day.
The students were incredibly relieved and happy. They studied the whole night, and the next day they arrived at the agreed time to the exam.
The Professor put each student in a separate room, gave them the exam paper and told them that they should start.
The first question gave 5 points.
It was something simple about a radical reaction.
“Cool”, all 4 students in their separate rooms thought this will be an easy test.
Each of them wrote down the answer to the question and turned to question 2 which gave 95 points:
Which tire was flat?
