the host families in China can accept au pair candidates with the following requirements:

Girls/Boys
are between 18 and 29
- must have at least a diploma of secondary school (preferable higher education)
- can speak 'good English' (it’s better if he/she can also speak some Mandarin)
- experience in child care, proved by references;
- good health
The family
- the negotiable pocket money (minimum 750RMB/month and Maximum 2000RMB/month, we will help our candidates get as much as possible)
- free accommodation and food
- two weeks vacations per year
- at least one day off per week
The length of stay: 1 - 12 months
Working hours: No more than 30 hours per week

Application Files
- an application form filled out in English or Chinese
- at least 2 references
- criminal record with official translation in English or Chinese
- a copy of her/his diploma with official translation in English or Chinese
- a copy of her/his passport
- applicant’s pictures
- a dear family letter in English or Chinese
- a medical report in English or Chinese
- video (not compulsory, it could be better if you provide)
Complete the registration

After reception of your complete file, we shall contact you for a short interview via skype
Further to the interview, we shall transfer your file to our partner in China
We shall propose you then a choice of host families.
Having chosen a family you will be in direct contact with family and if you will agree
We will ask for an invitation letter.
We will help you to fix your date of departure.
We do not guarantee any acting if you are in contact with families without informing us.
We are always available in case of problems or to answer your questions even during all your stay in China.

Additional Information:
In most of the host families in China, doing housework normally is not a big task for the au pairs. Many people know that a lot of Chinese families are one-child families, so the child care work is not a very heavy work for the au pairs. Although the au pair pocket money is not so much, it is enough for the au pair’s pocket in China. For example, the metro ticket in city of Beijing is only 2 RMB (no mater how many stops you take), and there is a very big metro network in Beijing, which is cheap, convenient and fast. The au pairs will have enough free time to learn Chinese language and discover the Chinese culture with their host families, classmates and friends here.
